Minimum Job Requirements: · 3-6 years experience · Accounting/Finance degree is preferred · Team player who is willing to make a significant contribution to the enhancement of the compliance function, the success of the business and the overall success of the Firm · Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills · Good research and analytical skills are necessary · Solid managerial & client service skills · Must have the ability to meet deadlines · Must be detailed oriented · Willing to work additional hours, including weekends, upon request · Hardworking and an ability to focus on the right issues · Knowledge of GDS, IPS, mainframes and Microsoft Office Products (word, Outlook, Excel & Access) Position Description: Ensuring: · Supervise a team of 15 analysts on daily responsibilities of USPA/FSMA regulatory process; · Training business units on Know Your Client requirements; · Review and sign off on USPA/FSMA files; · Interact with GMI Compliance Department regarding updates on Firm policies and procedures for USPA/FSMA; · Prioritize workload based on market exposure to counterparty; · Individual must establish clear lines of communication with trading desk to facilitate the reduction in the level of outstanding USPA documents; · Interact with Technology to enhance tools/workflows relating to USPA/FSMA rules;
