Associate, Exotic Derivative Risk Management Middle Office

For global banking and investment banking firm, Exotic Derivative Risk Management Middle Office Associate. For the Rates Tokyo Exotic Derivative Risk Management Middle Office: provide risk management support to traders in Tokyo Rates Exotic desk, provide full scale risk management support to the trading desk, which trades a wide range of structured derivative products (multi call, inverse floater, Knock out Knock In etc), risk exposure scenario run and reporting for Trader's Risk Management, deal capturing on risk management system, mark-to-market, position checking, confirmation/deal ticket generation, PL reporting, PL predict, residual PL analysis, market risk monitoring, reconciliations with counterparty, data maintenance for Trader's Risk Management and Risk Management System, procedure and system enhancement. Requires basic knowledge of derivatives and fixed income products, ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under pressure, strong interpersonal and communication skills, high interaction with traders, marketers, operations and finance, detail-oriented, team player, control focused. Skilled in Excel, Word, Lotus Notes databases. Knowledge of pricing models. Either MBA or CPA would be a plus, Securities Sales Representative Series I / II of JSDA preferred. Fluent English/Japanese. Compensation would be from 7-10M yen per year plus bonus, with some flexibility for the right candidate.
