Analyst, Compensation Accounting, Domestic Payroll Operations

Analyst level position responsible for payroll processing and client service for all domestic Firm employees. Principal Responsibilities • Responsible for transactions related to domestic semi-monthly payroll processing for over 12,000 employees • Liaise with outside vendor (ADP) in providing information and analysis of compensation paid to domestic employees. • Liaise with HCM counterparts in the administration of domestic payroll • Provide client service to all domestic employees. Experience/Skills • Degree in Business (Accounting or Finance preferred) • 2-4 years relevant payroll experience • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills • Strong analytical skills, detail orientation • Researcher/problem solver/critical thinker • Project oriented • Deadline oriented • Must be flexible and can easily adapt to change Strong PC skills • Assist in formulating processes to support operations. • Documentation of processes. • Serve on other projects within the department (as needed). • Ad-hoc requests.
