Minimum Job Requirements: · 3-5 years of audit experience · Audit experience within the securities industry is a plus · Team player · Highly motivated · Excellent interpersonal and writing skills · CPA or MBA preferred, but not required Position Description: Merrill Lynch's Corporate Audit Department examines, evaluates, and reports on the adequacy of internal controls within Firm in order to contribute to the proper, efficient, and effective use of resources. Corporate Audit includes about 150 professionals worldwide who focus on our Global Markets and Investment Banking, Global Private Client, Technology and Investment Management businesses. As an Associate Auditor you will: · Assist with all phases of the audit process (which includes identification of key risks and controls and developing and carrying out audit procedures) · Participate on business focused projects · Make presentations to business/support management · Maintain strong working relationships with business management · Write and discuss audit issues and action plans with audit and business management
